These tools convert information from one form to another, so you can stop retyping. OCR runs entirely on your device. Voice tools use your browser's built-in speech engine.
Get text out of images
- Image to Text (OCR): copy text from screenshots, photos and scanned pages in 30+ languages.
- Invoice Data Extractor: read the vendor, invoice number, dates, subtotal, sales tax and total from invoices and receipts, then export to CSV for Excel or Google Sheets.
Work with your voice
- Speech to Text: dictate emails, notes and drafts with spoken punctuation commands. It works in Chrome, Edge and Safari.
- Text to Speech: have articles, emails or your own writing read aloud, with word-by-word highlighting.
Good to know
- For accurate OCR, photograph documents flat, straight on and in good light.
- Always double-check totals and tax amounts before using extracted invoice data for bookkeeping.
- In Chrome and Edge, speech recognition is processed by Google's or Microsoft's speech service. We never record or store your audio.
