Reporting a bug

To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:

  • The name of the tool, or the page address.
  • Your browser and device, for example "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone".
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot if it helps.

Please don't send us sensitive files. Because the tools run on your device, we don't need your original documents to investigate. A description or a similar sample file is enough.
