These terms govern your use of ultratoolsai.com and the tools on it (the "Service"), operated by UltraTools AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The Service

UltraTools AI offers free browser-based tools for images, text, audio, data extraction, and development. Tools run on your device. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time, and we may introduce paid or premium features in the future.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others, including privacy, copyright, and publicity rights;
  • process images or content that you do not have the right to use, or use the tools to harass, deceive, or harm others, including creating deceptive impersonations or non-consensual imagery;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass any technical limits;
  • use automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you process. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive your content and do not claim any license to it. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use and for how you use the results.

4. Results may contain errors

Many tools use machine learning or statistical methods, including background removal, upscaling, face and license plate detection, object detection, OCR, sentiment analysis, summarization, paraphrasing, and invoice field extraction. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. In particular:

  • Face Blur may miss faces or license plates. Always review the result before sharing an image, and add manual blur areas where needed.
  • Invoice Data Extractor and Image to Text can misread characters. Verify all figures before using them for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
  • Password Generator creates random passwords, but you are responsible for storing them securely.
  • Hash Generator offers MD5 and SHA-1 for compatibility only. They are not secure for cryptographic purposes.

Nothing on the Service is professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

5. Third-party models and libraries

The Service uses open-source software and AI models from third parties, each under its own license. Some models have license restrictions (for example, non-commercial terms). If you use results commercially, you are responsible for checking that the applicable model licenses allow your use. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, text, and original code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal and business purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the site itself without permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Tools depend on your browser and device capabilities and on third-party hosts for libraries and models, so some features may be slow or unavailable in certain environments.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UltraTools AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.
